Prepaid balance charged per audio-minute
Every workspace starts with $5.00 in credits. Recorded analysis, realtime analysis, and voice agents draw from the same balance.

Charges are based on processed audio duration:
charge = max($0.01, ceil(audio_seconds / 60 × rate))Each request or live session has a one-cent minimum charge. Batch requests preflight the expected charge and settle after processing. Live sessions debit the accumulated duration while the socket is open.
A balance below the next charge returns HTTP 402 for REST or closes a realtime session with code 4002. Top up any whole-dollar amount from $5 to $500 under Billing.
